Based on operating and strategic indicators, this project is built to create a web application using ASP.NET MVC framework for calculating headcount allocation applied for many plants, particularly, within Schneider Electric corporation. It allows entities in different regions to forecast the number of labours needed for the manufacturing line’s input and calculate based on demand, keep track of their productivity monthly, then be able to create the employees’ schedule accordingly. After nine weeks of development, the web application is tested and used in two regions India and China currently, and also will be applied to other regions as well. |
