Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies are transforming industrial production processes from design to end of line. Difficult competition conditions such as global networks complexity, time to market, competitive price … etc. require enterprises to take into account their supply chain strategies. To compete under these challenges, enterprises should manage and master the supply chain effectively. In the industry of footwear, manufacturers and brands should be able to have a sustainable and profitably strategic solution on supply chain management (SCM) as a top priority. |
