dc.description.abstractNowadays, employee is one of the most important resources of the company. Losing talent can cause a huge impact to the company. Since there are many factors can influence to the leaving decision, it’s a challenge for the Human Resources department focus on which factors have the high impact to leaving decision. This research study explores data and find the most important factors that influence the employee’s intention to leave in a FMCG Company using machine learning and demonstrate the time-based flight risk score of the employee in multiple scenarios.en_US
